Notes

I always hit this lake (pond) when I'm in the area and I usually do quite well no matter what season it is. But today was a tuffy I knew going into the day that If I caught anything at all I would be a lucky man . Everything was wrong for fishing. It was almost freezing and the High presure system moved in the day before It was windy and overcast and very cold I tried my luck every where but I thought that my best chance for a Bass would be in or near the creek channel by the bridge. Not a bite all day! If i were in a boat I could have fished some deeper channels but I was limmited to the sure and little of it due to private property. I did see 2 guys comming in on a small john boat before I left and they said that the caught 3 Bass and 1 Chain pickerel. but they didn't say on what or were they caught them. I will be back over this way again in April and the fish should be close to the Spawn. I plan to bring my Kiyake then. I should do Pretty well then.
