Notes
I brought my friend Eric to the stream , He had never been trout fishing before . So we got there and I tried a black Woolly bugger Had a few hits but couldn't hook up so I changed to a white Woolly bugger and Bam, Caught the hell out of them. There were no hatches going on that I new of and No fish were surfasing at all The river was up and current was stong. Eric caught 3 brownies on a yellow 1/4oz. Panther Martin spinner. His first trout ever, I think he's hooked.I was useing floating fly line with a 9' leader with a 6x Tippet. I was stripping fast slightly accross and down stream.
