Notes

PM 8 Bass 4 Pike(5lb)(13.44lbs)(I checked reel screws, tightening a couple, and then was off to Channel Inn Bay. I went to the halfway point, but after stopping and looking at what the wind was doing headed to the North side of the bay. I had some small fish bite at me along the north shoreline, but didn't hook with most of them. I did get a dink pike first thing. There was a bunch of ducks in the Dogfish Cut's Corner. I finally got a small bass in the boat as I was heading South and out from shore. I got a few bass of various sizes as I made my way to the boat lanes. There was a point in time where I contemplated going somewhere else, but then I got a 3lber. I think I got the 5.04lber at a pad patch at the first boat lane. I figured, given that the sun had not quite set yet, that things were setting up for a pretty good night, but the 5lber was my last bass bite of the night. I saw the 5lber coming fo the ToadZ rapidly from three feet away. I got a good look at her when it smashed the ToadZ. I didn't get a great hookset. I rushed it a bit when I saw how big the fish was. Thankfully, she was hooked well.)
