Caught one dink on the spook at around 3:15. I had 4-5 bites on plastics all day and missed them all. Pretty crappy day. I noticed fish started popping the top instantly at the same time at around 3:15( NOTE: moonset was at 2:49 which coincides with instant activity on top of water) . I decided to try the spook and the dink hit it after a few casts.
