Notes

The water was clear again after yesterday's storm. I initially fished a single Quilldigon and caught a few fish. I was having trouble with the gusty wind, however, so I switched to a small bwo dry as my indicator, and put the Quilldigon back on as the dropper. I ended up catching fish on both flies. I'm sure I missed a handful of subsurface takes as well, where I saw the fish move to my fly but I had no indicator movement, and was slow to set the hook.

Yeah, the river below the dam is at 8700'. I'm fishing maybe a mile below the dam, and the water comes out the bottom of the Dillon reservoir.
