Notes
Broke spincast rod after catching two bass with it. It was a cheap rod, and I suspect a better quality rod would not have broken in the same situation (trying to pull a stuck lure loose). Quite warm; both fish caught as well as a couple that were briefly hooked but escaped were in the shaded areas of the lake.
