Notes
Very slow evening. I fished various riffles up to the diversion dam and caught nothing. I never even had a fish on. I tried fishing a small October caddis-colored stimulator with nymph droppers for awhile, then switched to deeper nymphs, and neither worked.
Pretty nice autumn night - I had a doe and buck cross the river upstream from me about 75 yards.
