Notes

Caught the three biggest fish at the first spot (a main point) within 30 minutes. The fish were relating to an underwater point with a weedline at about 11 feet. We kept the boat in about 12.5 feet and threw jigs into the weedline. A small front blew in at about 5:30 and the fishing slowed down. The clouds blew threw at about 6:00 and then we picked up the next three fish between then and 7:00. We had to grind it out for the last 3 fish. The deeper weeds in 12 to 14 feet seem to be dying off. There is no longer a defined weedline as there was earlier in the year. The fish may be moving off the humps and moving back to the main lake points. We could not catch a fish on a jig worm. Everything came on a jig and pig. The weather has been noticeably cooler and the water temp dropped a couple degrees, so perhaps the fish were a little slower and needed a big meal to entice them.
