Notes

Fish were extremely active. All species jumping, sipping, and tailing.
Some onely a couple feet from the bank. Not scared of my presence since there was not shadow cast or silhouette against a light sky.
They hit the fly seconds after it landed or I had to recast. As the night went on the fly got roughed up and would not float as well, even with tshirt dryings. They would not take a sinking fly, presumably because of the very little light available it was just not visible.
As it got very dark, only some fish farther out continued to bug sip. The frenzy went from all out to dead quiet in less than 5-10 minutes like alight switch had been turned off.
