River levels from start to end: Gauge height=3.48 - 3.23 & Discharge= 10000 - 8,990
Fish were in the typical falling water locations; away from banks in mid-river eddy/current areas. Fish along hard current edges and smallies holding in the current areas. Had to present the lure close, not willing to chase lures.
Tried spinnerbaits also. Dragging plastics was the key.
