Very cold air however, warmer by the water, but still cold. Fair amt of steam rising from warmer water. Fished the south side of river this time.
Fishing was OK. Missed alot more than caught. Seemed to be in the calmer waters tho did get a few good hits in the runs. Took the pheasant tail mostly but, as the afternoon waned, got more action on the hare's ear.
Just the ticket for the winter blahs.
