Caught 18 inch on a citrus color Strike King Lipless Crankbait off of point of an island where the water start at 11 feet rises to 3 feet then drops back down to 8 feet. Medium retrieve.
Caught 13 inch on same lure on the back end where islands are adjacent to mainland point. Medium retrieve.
Failed baits:
Tried flipping a Wooly Beaver tail into bushes. Threw a buzz bait over bushes. Flipped Green pumpkin jig by docs. Threw a square billed DT Rap dives down to 3 feet.. NO BITES
