Notes
Fished the takeout area exclusively for a few hours. Caught numerous white perch on the shad dart I was using. They were hitting the surface pretty regularly as well. None of them really had any size. No particular pattern was followed while casting/throwing, but was trying to fish for Shad. I don't think they swim in this small stretch of the river, I think they follow the main channel.
